37.5 hours per week (9:30am to 6pm)

Purpose

To provide professional office duties to the Line Manager and Operations Manager. The Apprentice is responsible for dealing with day-to-day office duties.

Role Profile

  • General administration
  • Welcoming Visitors/Liaising with clients
  • To deal with stationary orders
  • Sending out/responding to emails
  • Update spreadsheets when necessary/Data Entry tasks
  • Scheduling and setting up meeting rooms
  • Preparing refreshments
  • Ensure office and meeting rooms are kept presentable
  • Complete deliveries/ pickups as directed
  • To receive incoming calls and emails and act promptly, dealing with all enquiries or actions in a professional manner
  • To ensure the accurate and detailed recording of all information utilising our management systems to provide comprehensive audit trails
  • Monitor personal and general inboxes and action emails within a timely manner
  • Assist with any reporting requested for analysis and management of the department/region/client
  • Ensure accurate processing and deployment / reallocation of claim notifications to repairers via rules driven in house management system within Service Level Agreements
  • To progress customer claims within the company's management system ensuring they are actioned within internally agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Ensure daily tasks are managed within agreed Service Level Agreements
  • Commitment to providing a first-class service to customers and repairers
  • Any other duties that you may be asked to carry out by the Senior Management Team

Person Specification

You will have...

  • GCSE Maths and English - Grade C or above
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
