This guarantee is testament to our commitment to our customers, confidence and belief in our high levels of quality control and workmanship, and provides our customers with the peace of mind that they are going to remain happy with the service received from the Vizion Network for as long as the vehicle is owned by the customer.
The Vizion Guarantee covers all paintwork and bodywork carried out in our Repair Centres.
What if there is a problem?
In the unlikely event of a problem with your repair, then in the first instance contact your repairer, their details are on the certificate, and explain any problems that you may have. As a Vizion approved repairer they will investigate and offer support to rectify the problem.
How do I access the guarantee?
Your certificate will be ready within 12 hours of your vehicle being collected, and will be available on this page. Don't worry, we will send you details via email or sms when it is ready.
To access your hub, you would have received unique details via email or SMS to access your own branded hub link, if you have not yet received your login information let us know either by contacting us on 01482 428200 or using our contact form.
