As part of our initiatives we are offering a service where we provide the option to plant a tree for our customers instead of supplying a car, at participating collision centres and for integrated clients.
This option is offered at both the booking and repair progression on the customer's repair journey, and can be offered at the claims centre or by the repairer. The opportunity to participate will be presented during each process if this is currently in scope for your insurer and repairer.
A customer can also ask at their chosen repair centre for further details or inclusion into this important initiative.
