The courtesy cars are typically small 4 door hatchbacks, classed by insurers as Class A or B; courtesy vans are typically car derived vans. Should you wish to upgrade this it may be possible subject to any policy restrictions, although there will be a charge from the repairer for this.

All courtesy cars can be delivered to your door when your damaged vehicle is collected for repair by your chosen Repair Centre. All you need to do is show your driving licence to the delivery driver and complete a simple form to cover you to drive the vehicle. If required, your Vizion Repair Centre will liaise with your Insurance Company to arrange the transfer of insurance cover for the courtesy car.
