Since launching Vizion Network, we have been looking how to align the digital world between the repair market and the insurance world. Delivering real-time repair search, allocation and tracking services whilst trying to minimise repairer input. The answer was not to try and retrofit into insurer, manufacturer and fleet legacy solutions but to start again with a completely fresh approach. Vizion Networks digital claims and notification services now supersede ageing technologies and at the heart of our development we can deliver market leading technologies to both our Clients and the Repair Network.
Working with AutoFlow we can provide intelligent and innovative bodyshop solutions that are not only user focused, but responsive to changes in the industry. The result is a solution that is dedicated to maximising the efficiencies of repairer's work-flow processes and management.
Centralised Operating Platform
As a Vizion Member we offer a central operating platform Cortex Sentinel that can be used in conjunction with AutoFlow or as a stand alone web service to enable you to keep Clients and Customers informed about the repair journey. Avoid unnecessary calls from insurers and rental companies through integration with our central operating system Nucleus via AutoFlow or by updating Cortex Sentinel with the essential repair tracking information. Use Cortex Sentinel's WayPoint to cross sell additional services such as minor repairs not associated with the accident damage or offer replacement maintenance services such as new tyres or wiper blades. Use images captured from the claimant in our online claim journey to help prepare assessments and book customers in.
You can be assured that Vizion Network will always look beyond just statistics and look to promote the value of the Repairer to our Clients and their Customers. While performance is key to ensuring a quality and satisfactory repair journey we will provide dedicated support whether through our Claims Management Teams, Engineering or Customer Liaison to ensure we can support the repair activity undertaken on our behalf. Our Regional Business Managers are there to support you in understanding our Guidelines and can provide training in the use of Cortex and Vizion systems.
Assessment and Invoice Services
Vizion Network appreciates the speed of assessment and authorisation have a direct impact on repair duration and the customer journey. For this reason we support multiple assessment platforms and the majority of our insurer repair schemes carry a degree of automated authority enabling you to manage repair and key to key time effectively.
Vizion Network offer our Clients a central invoicing service in order to reduce repairer and insurer administration processing in excess of £25M in repair invoices per annum with the majority of invoices being paid in less than 14 days.
