We know customers are looking for different solutions to mobility and with reduced need, utilisation, working from home and a move to healthier options for travel. We want to use these conditions to drive positive change and provide the customer and repairer with options.

Re-imagining mobility, bringing alternatives to mobility, when just supplying a car is becoming an outdated concept. As part of our initiatives we want to offer a service to plant a tree for our customers as a lasting contribution, instead of supplying a temporary courtesy car at participating repair centres.

The invitation to participate in the Green Earth Initiative is presented to each qualifying customer during either the 'booking' process or via the customer hub during the initial stages of repair.
