Please use the Claim Referral Form included within the lease pack and email this to drive@vizionetwork.co.uk to notify us of the incident. The claim should then be directed to the policy holders' insurers as long as their insurance was transferred over to the vehicle if this applies under the SLA you have with your work providers. If the policy holder is not covered by their own insurance, you will need to direct the claim to your motor fleet insurers. Should we not able to recover the costs due to any omission of detail, or act, by the driver or yourself, you may become responsible for the outstanding costs. A settlement figure will be provided, and this will need to be confirmed to the insurance company. If there is any disagreement of the car value, you will be liable to pay the difference.
Please note the lease fees and insurance of the vehicle remains your responsibility until settlement has been paid in full to the vehicle funder.
