We have expanded the feedback element on the profile, not only showing each repairers star rating updated in real-time, but the opportunity to add reviews and verbatim comments.
Simple to use, we have enabled the repairer or Vizion to add a selection of feedback to the profile via Cortex. Once selected, these will then be sent to the relative brand site and the Vizion site will show all of the feedback regardless of brand.
At the base of the feedback that you would like to add, activate 'pubish this customer review to profile' and save to confirm, this will then automatically populate all your profiles accross Vizion sites
